nSearch Global was founded in Singapore in 2008 with a clear mandate: help enterprises find and retain technology talent in one of Asia's most competitive markets. 18 years later, we operate across five countries, serving Fortune-ranked multinationals, government bodies, and high-growth enterprises with a consistent standard of delivery.
Our core capability is understanding what enterprise organisations actually need: not just headcount, but the right capability, at the right time, with the governance structures and compliance frameworks to match. We operate across IT staff augmentation, executive search, managed services, AI solutions, and application development.
In 2024, we launched nSearch Technologies as a dedicated AI and digital solutions sub-brand. In 2026, we introduced Vetta, an AI-powered enterprise recruitment intelligence platform. Both sit within the nSearch Global group, extending our ability to serve the enterprise market end-to-end.
