nSearch Global was founded in Singapore in 2008 with a clear mandate: help enterprises find and retain technology talent in one of Asia's most competitive markets. Sixteen years later, we operate across five countries, serving Fortune-ranked multinationals, government bodies, and high-growth enterprises with a consistent standard of delivery.
Our core capability is understanding what enterprise organisations actually need — not just headcount, but the right capability, at the right time, with the governance structures and compliance frameworks to match.
