You will work with Vetta
Vetta is our own AI recruitment platform, built in-house and deployed internally. You will use it, shape it, and have direct input into how we use AI to deliver for clients. That opportunity is rare.

These are the three types of roles we hire for internally. We do not always have open positions, but we keep strong profiles on file and reach out when the right brief comes up.
IT Delivery Consultant
Manage client engagements end-to-end: requirements intake, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and placement. You own the brief and the relationship.
Who fits
Strong communicator. Sector fluency in banking, government, or technology. Organised under pressure.
Business Development
Identify, engage, and convert enterprise accounts across APAC and the Gulf. You build the pipeline and own the commercial relationship through close.
Who fits
Enterprise sales background. Comfortable at VP and C-suite level. Persistent without being transactional.
Vetta & AI Delivery
Work directly on Vetta, our AI recruitment platform. Shape how we integrate LLMs, automation, and intelligent matching into live enterprise delivery.
Who fits
Technical or product mindset. Interest in applied AI. Comfortable working at the intersection of product and operations.
